In accordance with the E-Sign Requirement, you have the right to obtain this disclosure in paper format. You may contact our Member Services Department to obtain a paper copy of this disclosure at no charge.

CHANGE IN TERMS

It may be necessary, from time to time, to change the terms or conditions regarding your Bill Pay account. In the event such a change is necessary, we will display a message on the Bill Pay main menu directing you to this page for an updated copy. This will take place at least 21 days prior to the date on which the change becomes effective. In the event an immediate change is required to maintain the security of your account or the Credit Union system, we shall notify you via e-mail within 10 days of making the change.


BILL PAY ACCESS

Accessing your bill pay account through YOUR FCU's Bill Pay product confirms your agreement to be bound by all disclosures and agreements, and acknowledges your receipt and understanding of this agreement.

In order to participate in Bill Pay, you must have an active HomeBr@nching account established with the credit union.

The service is generally available 24 hours a day, seven days a week; however, the service may be unavailable from time to time for routine software and hardware maintenance or due to unscheduled down time.


ACCESS REQUIREMENTS

You need a computer, related equipment, and an Internet connection in order to use Bill Pay. In addition, you need to install Internet browser software on your computer if you do not already have it. Modifications to the services in the future may require installation of upgrades to the browser's software. You are responsible for installation, maintenance, and operation of your browser's software.

It is your sole responsibility to insure your personal computer and related equipment are compatible with and capable of operating in a manner that allows you to utilize Bill Pay services.


PARTICIPATING PARTY RIGHTS

You have the right to terminate Bill Pay services at any time. YOUR FCU has the right to terminate its obligation to provide Bill Pay services to you upon ten days of prior written notice.

You understand and agree that YOUR FCU may refuse any Bill Pay transaction that results in a negative account balance.

You agree to waive and release any claims against YOUR FCU arising out of or in anyway related to Bill Pay services, except for those claims resulting solely from the negligent acts or omissions of the credit union

You understand that ORCC™ is providing this service to you on the credit union's behalf. All questions regarding your Bill Pay account should be directed to a YOUR Federal Credit Union Representative by e-mailing billpaysupport@yourfederalcu.com


BILL PAY SERVICE PROVIDER

ORCC™ is the Bill Pay supporting vendor. All claims and inquiries should be directed to our member support department at billpaysupport@yourfederalcu.com


BILL PAY NSF POLICY

A $30.00 NSF fee will occur for each payment returned due to non-sufficient funds. An NSF item is any item that will not pay at the time of Bill Pay Processing due to inadequate funds in the specified Bill Pay account.

Overdraft protection applies to Bill Pay items at $3.00 per transfer if overdraft protection has been setup by the member.

A Courtesy Pay fee of $25.00 per item will occur for each payment paid through the Courtesy Pay program. You must qualify for Courtesy Pay.


BILL PAY SERVICE CANCELLATION

You may cancel your Bill Pay account at any time by simply choosing the Cancel Billpayer button located at the top of the Billpayer page in HomeBr@nching.


CONFIDENTIALITY

We will disclose information to third parties about your account or the payments(s) you make:

  1. Where it is necessary for completing the payment(s)
  2. In order to verify the existence of conditions of your account for a third party or if you give us written permission.
  3. Comply with a government agency or applicable law.

DOCUMENTATION

Statements

  • You will receive a confirmation message on your screen at the time you schedule any payments.
  • Your Bill Pay transactions will be included on the monthly statement or e-statement, for the designated Bill Pay account, that you currently receive from the credit union.

BILL PAY CUSTOMER SUPPORT

In case of questions about your Bill Pay payments, please e-mail our Billpayer Support Department at billpaysupport@yourfederalcu.com.


STOP PAYMENTS

You have the ability to place stop payments on items paid by check. E-mail your stop pay request and a phone number you may be reached at to billpaysupport@yourfederalcu.com. A Bill Pay Support Representative will contact you for further information. These items carry a $30.00 fee and will be electronically debited from your credit union account. You are responsible for maintaining an adequate balance for stop payment settlements.


FEE SCHEDULE - Revised September 23, 2006

Bill Pay is subject to monthly service charges as follows:

Bill Pay Access is provided on the Preferred and Choice Checking Accounts at no charge.

All other account holders may pay a $5.95 monthly fee that includes 10 items for transmission. There is a .40 fee for each transmission thereafter.

Applicable Fees for Stop Payment, NSF, Courtesy Pay, and Overdraft Protection are subject to change without written notice.

Fees are charged monthly. The monthly plan fee is charged upon activation until Bill Pay is cancelled. 90 days inactivity will result in a $5.95 flat fee and cancellation of the program.

TRANSACTION SETTLEMENT

When you make a payment using our Bill Pay product, your credit union account will be electronically debited in the amount of the payment on the day the payment is sent. It is your responsibility to maintain an adequate balance in the checking account that you designate as your settlement account upon sign-up.

Your monthly Bill Pay fees will be debited from your checking account including the monthly plan fee plus any per transaction fees set forth in the plan as well as stop payment fees, NSF fees, Courtesy Pay fees, and Overdraft fees.


PAYMENT RESTRICTIONS

Bill payments are limited to $25,000.00 per payment. In addition, payments to government agencies, court ordered payments such as alimony, child support payments, speeding tickets, etc., tax entities, collection agencies, payees in the Armed Forces Postal Codes, payments to settle securities transactions, special financing transactions such as payday loans, payments to credit counseling agencies who pay creditors on your behalf, unproccessed payments due to debit failures and payments to foreign payees are not allowed. Payments to these types of payees will be returned by the bill payment processor.
